This is the last week before Shamrock training officially begins... and I have to admit that I only ran twice... and just three miles each time. But, that's okay. It's a taper for training, right? Okay, not really, but I'm totally not going to beat myself up over it.
In somewhat related news, I just bought a Sharing Spree for $20 for a month of unlimited bootcamp! I'm planning to start a week from tomorrow. I think I'll try to go three times a week. I'll take Monday yoga off the calendar since I still haven't figured out a good place to go for that. I'll leave all the scheduled biking and running on though.
