Week 3 Shamrock

Monday - rest (supposed to be a snow day but that didn't happen!!)
Tuesday - 3.5 miles
Wednesday - rest (got home to a crate filled with puppy poop, lost all motivation to bike)
Thursday - bootcamp, 3.5 miles, 20 minute bike ride*
Friday - rest
Saturday - rest
Sunday - 3.5 miles

As can be seen above, I'm struggling with balance.  I'm skipping workouts and then trying to cram them in on other days.  My goal for the upcoming week is to do better with that... 

* - super leisurely as I was biking wtih Ty and Onya while they were running.
