Tuesday - 3.5 miles with Onya (parks loop)
Wednesday - 3.5 miles with C and Onya (parks loop - 5am)
Thursday - 3.5 miles with Onya (parks loop)
Friday - rest
Saturday - 8 miles with the Saturday Runs group and Onya (Eastside neighborhoods)
Sunday - rest
Last week was a disaster from a running perspective. I only managed a run on Monday and I quit doing the Ab Challenge. Oh well.
