The first weekly update in FOREVAH:
Monday - 3 miles with D (Waterfront)
Tuesday - 3.5 miles with Onya (parks loop)
Wednesday - rest
Thursday - .5 miles with Onya (River Run)
Friday - rest
Saturday - 11 miles (Eastside)
Sunday - rest
My intention on Thursday was to do a track workout before work. But I slept in instead. My goal is to get back up to five runs a week by the end of December. Having a new boyfriend has meant getting happy-fat so I need to turn the tide on that as soon as possible and more run days should really help.
